As part of our continued expansion across Saudi Arabia, Premium Medical Solutions (PRE-MED) is looking for ambitious and results-driven Product Specialists – Orthopedics to strengthen our commercial and clinical teams across multiple territories.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following orthopedic specialties:

Trauma | Upper Extremity | Foot & Ankle | Sports Medicine | Joint Reconstruction | Spine | CMF / Maxillofacial | Biologics

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the assigned orthopedic portfolio within the designated territory and accounts.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with orthopedic surgeons, healthcare professionals, hospital departments, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.

• Promote PRE-MED’s orthopedic products and solutions through effective product presentations, demonstrations, and clinical discussions.

• Provide professional in-OR technical and clinical support during surgical procedures when required.

• Develop assigned accounts and identify new business opportunities across government and private healthcare sectors.

• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to territory and portfolio growth.

• Support product evaluations, surgeon education, workshops, clinical activities, and new product introductions.

• Follow up on tenders, product listings, awarded business, customer requirements, and consignment inventory within assigned accounts.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs and communicate market intelligence to management.

• Maintain accurate account, opportunity, and sales activity reporting through the company’s CRM and reporting systems.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Commercial Operations to ensure effective execution and excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or another relevant healthcare-related field.

• Previous experience in orthopedic medical device sales, product specialization, or clinical support is preferred.

• Candidates with experience in Trauma, Upper Extremity, Foot & Ankle, Sports Medicine, Joint Reconstruction, Spine, CMF, or Biologics are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Strong understanding of orthopedic anatomy, surgical procedures, implants, instruments, and operating room environments.

• Experience dealing with surgeons, hospitals, healthcare professionals, and procurement departments.

• Knowledge of the Saudi healthcare market, including government and private hospital sectors, is an advantage.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Commercially driven, accountable, and capable of working in a target-oriented environment.

• Ability and willingness to provide operating room support when required.

• Valid driving license is preferred.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
