Emirati Development Officer (UAE Nationals)
Job Title: Officer – Emirati Development Center
Location: Abu Dhabi.
Core Responsibilities
Program Coordination:
- Coordinate logistics for all EDC programs, including venue bookings, catering, materials, and participants’ registration.
- Assist in program budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to allocated funds.
- Develop and maintain program Calendar, ensuring timely coordination and execution of all activities.
- Collect and analyse program feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Event Management:
- Assist plan and execute a variety of events, including workshops, seminars, networking sessions, and cultural activities, aimed at enhancing Emirati employee engagement and development.
- Assist in event project management, including planning, budgeting, procurement, marketing & communication, and ensure smooth event execution and monitoring.
- Support in photoshoot day with MarCom team for participants’ graduation/testimonials videos/ attending photoshoot different locations.
Training & Development:
- Act as the main POC with EDC participants:
- Organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and online learning programs focused on skills development and career advancement for Emirati employees.
- Maintain training records, track participants’ progress and attendance.
Operations & Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of program activities, participant data, and program budgets.
- Prepare regular weekly and monthly reports on program progress and outcomes to EDC Manager.
- Assists to prepare the EDC annual Calendar (training sessions, events, and engagement).
- Manage the EDC Cohorts’ master data, What’s app groups, and EDC email.
- Prepare individualized welcome letters, and completion certifications of the EDC participants.
- Provide administrative support to the EDC team.
External/Internal Promotion:
- Support in EDC collaboration with the MarCom teams to promote the EDC different programs & achievements, develop and execute external/internal communication strategies promoting the EDC PureHealth’s Emiratization commitment.
- Draft and coordinate press releases, articles, and success stories for external publication.
- Assist in creating and managing content for social media platforms/ EDC Posts/ and corporate websites.
- Develop marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional collateral.
- Represent the Emirati Development Center at career fairs, and relevant external events once needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, event management, or training administration.
- Proven experience in managing data, budgets and coordinating logistics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
