Role Description This full-time, on-site Dental Nurse role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Dental Nurse will support dentists and specialists during procedures, prepare treatment rooms, organize instruments, and ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day. Responsibilities include assisting during dental and orthodontic treatments, taking and recording patient information, providing pre- and post-treatment guidance, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. The role also involves enforcing infection control protocols, overseeing decontamination processes, and supporting the overall safety and cleanliness of the practice. The Dental Nurse will contribute to a positive patient experience by maintaining a calm, professional, and supportive chairside manner.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong clinical skills in Dentistry and Dental Care, including chairside assistance and familiarity with common dental procedures with DHA license or eligibility letter.
• Candidates should possess knowledge and practical experience in Infection Control and Decontamination, adhering to all relevant hygiene and sterilization standards.
• Candidates should possess a good understanding of Orthodontics, including assisting with braces, aligners, and other orthodontic treatments.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and the clinical team.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy clinical environment.
• Relevant dental nursing certification or diploma, and eligibility to practice in the United Arab Emirates, is required; prior experience in a dental or aesthetic clinic is an advantage.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and dental practice management software is beneficial; multilingual abilities are a plus.
