Customer Service Supervisor
Tadawi Medical Group – Jazan, Saudi Arabia (On-site)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Tadawi Medical Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the customer service team and ensuring a high standard of patient experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the customer service team in daily operations.
- Ensure excellent service delivery and patient satisfaction.
- Handle escalated complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Train and onboard new customer service staff.
- Develop and implement service improvement strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to enhance patient experience.
- Prepare reports on team performance and service quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and solve problems effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
