Requirements:

* Native Arabic speaker (Arabic & English proficiency required)
* Preferably on a valid UAE residence visa
* UAE healthcare experience preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong customer service orientation
* Ability to handle patient inquiries, appointments, and front-desk coordination efficiently
* Immediate joiners will be given preference

Responsibilities:

* Welcome and assist patients professionally
* Manage appointments and patient registrations
* Handle phone calls, inquiries, and follow-ups
* Coordinate with medical and administrative teams
* Ensure a high standard of patient experience and customer satisfaction
