Job Description
The Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) provides advanced clinical expertise, operational support, and leadership across assigned units including the Emergency Department (ED), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Operating Room (OR), and Medical-Surgical Units. The CRN supports patient care delivery, ensures clinical standards compliance, optimizes patient flow, and acts as a resource for nursing staff to enhance quality, safety, and efficiency of care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care aligned with best practice standards
- Lead and support education and competency development programs for nursing staff
- Drive evidence-based practice, research, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and service excellence
- Conduct clinical audits, quality reviews, and performance monitoring
- Support staff through mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities
- Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (minimum 3 years program)
- Valid nursing license and BLS certification
- Minimum 6 years of clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting
- Experience in education, training, or clinical development is highly desirable
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
