- Western Board Certification:
- UK CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training)
- American Board of Ophthalmology
- Canadian FRCSC/FRCPC
- French DES / Fellowship
- Recognized Subspecialty Fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology (and advanced pediatric fields).
- Minimum 5+ years post-specialist certification experience.
- Submission of surgical logbooks is mandatory in the coming process after CV application.
Role Expectations
- Deliver consultant-level pediatric ophthalmic surgery in complex cases.
- Lead subspecialty service development in scarce areas.
- Contribute to clinical governance, patient safety, and training of juniors.
- Act as a key driver in advancing pediatric eye care in the Gulf.
