Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Developing relationships with all Orthopedic surgeons and affiliated staff in the region
  • Giving high quality support for surgeons during the surgery
  • Tracking visits or referrals made in accordance with the instructions given by the Sales Manager on time
  • Adhere to regional sales strategies under the guidance of the Regional Sales Force
  • To take the time to have the necessary knowledge about the products of Zimmer and competitors in order to be productive
  • Ensure that adequate care is given to all samples or vehicles supplied to persons
  • Providing weekly / monthly reports to the Sales Manager regarding performance, work and competition
  • Work with the sales team to develop an account development plan tailored to the local market
  • Provides on-site support for product demonstrations and educational initiatives to build local and regional market awareness
  • Responsible for key administration duties

Requirements:

Your Background

  • Bachelor Degree or Vocational School Degree
  • A first experience on Sales Department in a company from a similar sector, Healthcare sector experienced preferred
