Dubai Community Health Center (DCHC) is pleased to invite experienced, licensed Clinical Psychologists to join our Center under a private practice arrangement in Dubai.

At DCHC, we value collaboration, professional integrity, and community-focused care. Our model is designed to support clinicians in building a sustainable and rewarding practice while benefiting from strong operational and administrative support.

Who We Are Looking For

· Master’s or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from a recognized university

· DHA or CDA license (or eligibility) to practice in Dubai

· Minimum 5 years post-qualification clinical experience

· Experience working with children, adults, or both

Psychologists specializing exclusively in child or adult practice are welcome

· Private practice model with revenue sharing starting at 70%

· Enhanced introductory package above 70% for the first three months to support practice establishment
