The Clinical Nurse Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring high‑quality patient care, fostering a culture of safety, and supporting ongoing team development across M42 facilities. This role requires a collaborative leader who models accountability, champions continuous improvement, and upholds the highest standards of occupational health and safety.
Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly and purposefully to guide teams and support effective collaboration.
- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based professional relationships.
- Recommend and implement improvements that enhance clinical operations and patient outcomes.
- Support staff development by identifying learning needs and encouraging continuous growth.
- Contribute to developing and maintaining workplace safety programs.
- Follow all established OHS procedures and promote safe work practices.
- Assist in safety investigations, hazard reporting, and incident documentation.
- Participate in OHS activities such as risk assessments, PPE selection, and hazard control measures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, including leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory responsibility.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license; eligibility for DOH/HAAD licensing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both individuals and groups effectively.
- Demonstrated accountability and adherence to safety and operational standards.
- Proven ability to support organizational improvements and change initiatives.
