Job Vacancy: Clinical Laboratory Director (Pathologist)

A to G Lab is seeking a highly qualified Clinical Pathologist to serve as our Laboratory Director. The successful candidate will provide medical and technical leadership for our diagnostic facility located in Dubai Healthcare City, ensuring full compliance with CPQ/DHCC regulations and international standards.Key Responsibilities

• Medical Leadership: Serve as the licensed Director of Record for the laboratory under DHCC (CPQ) jurisdiction.
• Clinical Oversight: Provide expert interpretation and validation of results in Molecular Biology, Toxicology, and Pharmacogenomics (PGx).
• Quality & Compliance: Maintain ISO 15189 standards and ensure the lab is always ready for DHCC inspections.
• Clinical Consultation: Advise healthcare providers on complex diagnostic cases and test selection.

Mandatory Requirements

• Education: Medical Degree (MD or DO) with a recognized residency and specialization in Clinical Pathology.
• Licensing: Must hold a valid Consultant or Specialist Clinical Pathologist license (DHCC or DHA).
• Candidates with a DHA/DHCC Eligibility Letter for these titles will also be considered.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory leadership role.
• Technical Expertise: Proven background in Toxicology and Molecular Diagnostics is highly preferred.
