Job Title: Clinical Education Manager – Aesthetic Medicine

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Job Summary

The Clinical Education Manager is responsible for leading clinical education and training programs for Ultramed Egypt’s portfolio of aesthetic devices and injectable products. The role focuses on delivering physician training, performing and supporting Endolift procedures, providing laser and injectable education, and serving as the company’s clinical expert to ensure safe, effective product adoption and excellent customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver theoretical and hands-on training on aesthetic lasers, Endolift, and injectable products.
* Perform and support Endolift treatments during workshops, demonstrations, and physician training.
* Provide clinical support to customers and accompany the sales team when required.
* Develop clinical protocols, training materials, and educational programs.
* Build relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
* Support product launches, workshops, congresses, and marketing activities with clinical expertise.
* Ensure compliance with clinical best practices and patient safety standards.
* Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and educate internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
* 3–5 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, including injectables, laser technologies, and Endolift.
* Strong presentation, communication, and physician training skills.
* Fluent in Arabic and English.
* Willingness to travel across Egypt as needed.
