- Plans and initiates medical nutrition therapy for patients if indicated by once needed, based on clinical protocol.
- Participate in departmental meetings and KPI meetings.
- Educates and counsels patients and families on nutritional issues,
- Communicates individual nutritional care plans to the care provider team.
- Monitors store participation; identifies and sets up patients’ meals based on the patient’s condition.
- Performs various administrative duties related to public health, such as International Kidney Day.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Quality, Legal & Compliance
- To comply with all local regulations, e.g., Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) requirements, Environmental
regulatory requirements based on the scope for the respective country.
- Contribution to the established NC standard by complying with the procedures and instructions in the respective area of
responsibility
- Follow and comply with all relevant FME policies, guidelines, manuals, and SOPs in the version as amended from
time to time (“FME Policies”)
- Keeping yourself updated about the current version of the FME Policies that are relevant for your role and integrate
corporate values in daily business
