Qualifications:
– Experience in a medical office setting preferred
– Knowledge of phone etiquette and medical terminology
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
– Understanding of insurance processes is a plus
– High school diploma or equivalent
