Job Description

Chief Health Officer (CHO)

Job Description: Chief Health Officer (CHO)

Focus: Longevity, Functional Medicine & Subscription Health Architecture

Location: Dubai, UAE (Hybrid: Clinical Strategy + VIP Patient Management)

Reports To: Founder/CEO

Company: Xlr8Well (Accelerate Wellness)The Mandate

Healthcare in Dubai is currently transactional: Client gets sick $\rightarrow$ Client sees Doctor $\rightarrow$ Transaction ends.

We are changing the model.

Xlr8Well is launching “XLR8 Elite,” a high-touch, concierge subscription service designed for Dubai’s UHNWIs. We are shifting the dynamic from episodic care to continuous biological management.

We are seeking a Chief Health Officer (CHO) to architect and lead this division. You will not just treat patients; you will effectively act as the “Family Office Manager” for their health—optimizing their biology through continuous data tracking, blood diagnostics, and precise IV interventions.
The Mission

To design and deliver a clinical service that feels like a luxury membership. Your goal is to prove Medical ROI to our subscribers by showing them exactly how their biomarkers are improving month-over-month under your guidance.
Key Responsibilities

1. Architecting the “XLR8 Elite” Protocol

  • Design the Loop: Create the clinical workflow for subscribers: Monthly Blood Draw $\rightarrow$ Analysis $\rightarrow$ Custom IV Formulation $\rightarrow$ Retest.
  • Protocol Development: Move beyond standard IV menus. Develop proprietary “Stacks” (combinations of IV therapy, peptides, and supplements) tailored to specific subscriber personas (e.g., “The Burnt-Out CEO,” “The Biohacker,” “The Post-Partum Mom”).
  • Biological Ageing: Oversee the quarterly integration of biological age testing (e.g., DNA methylation clocks) and interpret these complex results for the client in simple, actionable terms.

2. Patient Guardianship (The Relationship)

  • Longitudinal Analysis: Unlike a standard GP who looks at a snapshot, you analyze trends. You will track a client’s biomarkers over 3, 6, and 12 months to spot deviations before they become pathologies.
  • The “Buck Stops Here”: Serve as the primary point of medical escalation for our elite subscribers. If they have a health question at 10 PM, they trust you for the answer (or triage).
  • High-Touch Consultations: Conduct the monthly “Health Strategy” video calls with subscribers to review their dashboard and set their goals for the next month.

3. Clinical Governance & Innovation

  • Safety Standards: Ensure all at-home and mobile interventions meet GHA (Global Health Accreditation) and DHA standards.
  • Tech Integration: Work with our product team to visualize patient data. You determine what we track on the client’s app dashboard.
  • Talent Development: Train our mobile nurses (and Medical Butlers) on the specific nuances of the subscription protocols.

The Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:

  • Medical Degree: MD, DO, or MBBS with a valid (or transferable) DHA license.
  • Specialization: Strong background in Functional Medicine, Longevity Science, Internal Medicine, or Endocrinology.
  • Forward-Thinking: You are fluent in the language of biohacking (NAD+, Peptides, HRT, Oura Ring data, CGMs). You understand that “normal” ranges on a lab test are not the same as “optimal” ranges.

Skills:

  • Data-Driven: You love charts and trends. You can explain the difference between chronological age and biological age to a layperson.
  • Concierge Bedside Manner: You understand that our clients are paying for access and exclusivity. You are professional, reassuring, and articulate.
  • Business Acumen: You understand that this is a subscription product. You are constantly thinking about retention—how do we deliver enough value this month to ensure they stay for the next?

Compensation & Structure

  • Base Salary: Competitive Executive Clinical Rate.
  • Performance Equity: Potential for equity/revenue share based on the growth of the Subscription base.
  • The Opportunity: To be the face of the first true “Clinical Health Management” subscription in the region.
