Description

  • Drive conversion rate, ATV, and product mix (Frames / Sunglasses / CL).
  • Ensure full execution of insurance, promotions, and sales campaigns.
  • Monitor daily sales vs. target and take immediate corrective actions.
  • Act as store business owner accountable for revenue and profitability
  • Ensure full implementation of customer journey standards.
  • Monitor and improve customer feedback, complaints, and CMS closure.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and retention.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the store team to maximize performance.
  • Ensure proper staff scheduling, coverage, and productivity levels.
  • Monitor individual KPIs (sales, conversion, behavior).
  • Ensure continuous on-floor training (sales, product, POS, insurance).
  • Ensure product availability and proper stock levels.
  • Monitor fast-moving vs. slow-moving items and report gaps.
  • Ensure proper display, category visibility, and planogram compliance.
  • Escalate stock shortages and mismatches impacting sales.
  • Ensure proper handling of insurance approvals (Wassel / NPHIES).
  • Avoid duplicate claims and ensure compliance with CHI requirements.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and system usage (no manual workarounds).
  • Control store expenses and optimize cost efficiency.
  • Ensure daily sales closing, cash handling, and deposit accuracy.
  • Monitor pending orders and ensure timely delivery (reduce undelivered sales).
  • Always Ensure full store readiness (staff, stock, system, display).
  • Manage maintenance, equipment, and operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide accurate and timely daily / weekly / monthly reports.
  • Highlight risks, gaps, and opportunities proactively to Area Manager.
  • Track key KPIs: (Sales / Conversion / ATV / Customer satisfaction / Stock availability)
  • Support execution of local marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Build relationships with nearby clinics, doctors, and community.
  • Drive store awareness and traffic generation initiatives.

Requirements

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong sales leadership with ability to drive conversion, ATV, and store profitability. – Effective team management and coaching skills to build high-performing teams. – Good understanding of insurance processes and POS systems ensuring accuracy and compliance. – Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales, inventory, and performance data. – Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive mindset. – Solid understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory control. – Basic knowledge of financial principles (sales tracking, cost control, and reporting). – Proficiency in using systems and software applications (POS, ERP, reporting tools). – Strong communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to manage customers and stakeholders. – Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high performance standards.

Experience: Minimum 5+ years in retail/optical operations

Education: Bachelor’s degree in technical institute of optics.

Language: Good command of oral and written English and Arabic.

Licenses / Certifications: Saudi Commission for Health Specialist (SCFHS).
