Job Overview:

Marketing Manager & Project Lead role combines brand management with end-to-end project leadership, this role will oversee end-to-end execution of disease awareness and patient engagement campaigns across multiple channels; digital and physical channels, ensuring strong alignment between marketing activities and patient conversion pathways, while ensuring seamless creation and execution of campaigns that convert awareness into measurable call to actions.

In addition, the role of Marketing Manager will be to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive product adoption and demand creation. The role focuses on building strong brand positioning, delivering impactful omnichannel campaigns, and translating market insights into effective patient engagement and conversion strategies with full accountability on the Demand creation portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand & Marketing Management

  • Act as the Marketing Manager for assigned products within the Demand Creation division
  • Develop and execute marketing strategy and annual plans
  • Own product positioning, messaging, and value proposition in the UAE market
  • Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer insights to refine strategy

2. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated awareness campaigns (online & offline)
  • Coordinate campaigns across: Retail channels, Partner networks, and Digital platforms (social media, web, paid media)
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and alignment with brand and regulatory requirements

3. Omnichannel Integration

  • Connect all campaign touchpoints into a seamless customer journey
  • Ensure clear calls-to-action such as: online engagement, consultations, or service interactions
  • Optimize customer flow from awareness → engagement → conversion

4. Digital & Service Initiative Support

  • Support the development and execution of digital services and customer engagement initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally with medical, digital, and operations teams as well as external service providers
  • Identify opportunities to improve user experience and conversion rates

5. Project Management & Coordination

  • Act as the central point of coordination across internal functions to ensure smooth implementation of initiatives
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Operations, and external agencies
  • Develop timelines, track deliverables, and ensure on-time execution
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation

6. Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Define KPIs for each campaign (awareness, engagement, conversion)
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and feedback
  • Report regularly to leadership on progress and outcomes

7. Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment with brand strategy and compliance guidelines
  • Manage external vendors and agency partners

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors in roles such as marketing management, or project management.
  • Experience in both local and international markets is preferred, exposure within multinational companies in the UAE or GCC market is strongly preferred, with understanding of local healthcare dynamics; international exposure is a plus.
