Pearl Dental Clinic Dubai is looking for a Clinic Manager who can do more than manage.
Someone who can:
> lead operations,
> drive profitability, and
> build systems that scale.

You’ll be responsible for turning daily operations into a well-oiled, patient-centered, and financially sustainable engine. This role sits at the intersection of leadership, systems, and results.

Key Responsibilities:
> Oversee and streamline clinic operations across both branches
> Manage financial performance, monitor revenue, cost control, and profitability targets
> Execute marketing-to-conversion workflows with the reception and clinical teams
> Implement KPIs for staff performance, lead conversion, and patient experience
> Coordinate with HR, Marketing, and Finance to optimize staffing and productivity
> Ensure compliance with DHA and internal quality standards
> Identify growth opportunities: new services, campaigns, or process efficiencies

Requirements:
> Minimum 3–5 years experience in healthcare operations or clinic management (UAE experience preferred)
> Strong business acumen with proven ability to analyze P&L or revenue reports
> Excellent leadership and communication skills
> MBA in Healthcare is an advantage
