Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Caregiver to join Sidra Home Healthcare. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care and support to elderly patients, infants, and individuals requiring assistance with daily living activities.

The caregiver must maintain a high level of professionalism, communicate effectively, and ensure the comfort and safety of the patient at all times.Key Responsibilities

• Provide elderly care including assistance with mobility, feeding, bathing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Provide infant and child care as required, ensuring safety, hygiene, and comfort.
• Assist patients with daily living activities such as dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Monitor and report any changes in patient health or behavior to the supervisor or family.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for the patient.
• Follow proper medical waste disposal and infection-control protocols.
• Maintain high professionalism and ethical conduct at all times.
• Provide emotional support, companionship, and compassionate care.
• Strictly follow all company policies, duty schedules, and reporting procedures.

Requirements

• Caregiver Assistant Certificate (mandatory)
• BLS Certification (mandatory)
• Language skills: Hindi, English, Arabic (any combination is acceptable; more languages are an advantage)
• Prior experience in elderly care or infant care (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit with the ability to assist patients safely
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and responsibly
• Own Visa (an added advantage)
