Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Supervisor located in Sharjah. The Call Center Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the call center, ensuring customer satisfaction and team management. Responsibilities include supervising call center staff, handling escalations, analyzing call center metrics, and enhancing overall team performance.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Team Management experience
• Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills
• Analytical Skills for monitoring and improving call center performance
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle escalations
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in healthcare or related industry is a plus
• SALARY 4000 AED TO 5000 AED + COMMISSION BASED ON KPIS
