🚨 Urgent Hiring: Arabic-Speaking Call Center Representative (Female only)

We are urgently looking for a Call Center Representative to join our team at Dr. Fathi Emara Medical Polyclinic, Dubai. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound patient calls
• Book and manage appointments efficiently
• Respond to patient inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
🔹 Requirements:
• Native or fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory)
• Good command of English
• Previous call center or healthcare experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills

🔹 Working Hours:
• 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (shift-based)

🔹 Location: Dubai, UAE
