Call Center Representative

Job Description

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria:

  • Currently residing in

Qatar with a valid QID .

  • Native or fluent

Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills.

  • Must be able to communicate medical information and medical terminology confidently in Arabic.
  • Only local candidates will be considered .

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum).
  • Medical/Allied Healthcare qualification (MBBS, BDS, B.Sc. Nursing, B. Pharm, or equivalent) with

2+ years of experience in a healthcare call center or medical receptionist role

[preferred].

  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree with

4 to 5 years of experience in a hospital/healthcare call center in Qatar (Relevant GCC healthcare experience will also be considered) .

  • Strong knowledge of Qatar healthcare insurance , patient insurance verification, appointment scheduling, HIS/EMR, and medical software.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
