Job Summary:
AXON is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Officer Sales
with a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in the medical insurance, healthcare, or TPA sector. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in field sales, door-to-door visits to corporate clients, and has worked previously as a broker or intermediary with medical insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to design tailored solutions for clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase company revenue and market share.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular reports on business development activities and results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in:
- Medical Insurance
- TPA Services
- Corporate Healthcare Solutions
- Experience working as a broker for medical insurance companies is highly valued.
- Proven field sales experience with door-to-door business outreach.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of corporate sales processes and medical insurance market dynamics.
- Comfortable with CRM software and reporting tools.
- Willing to travel across Cairo and other regions as needed.
