Job Summary:

AXON is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Officer Sales

with a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in the medical insurance, healthcare, or TPA sector. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in field sales, door-to-door visits to corporate clients, and has worked previously as a broker or intermediary with medical insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to design tailored solutions for clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase company revenue and market share.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular reports on business development activities and results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in:
  • Medical Insurance
  • TPA Services
  • Corporate Healthcare Solutions
  • Experience working as a broker for medical insurance companies is highly valued.
  • Proven field sales experience with door-to-door business outreach.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of corporate sales processes and medical insurance market dynamics.
  • Comfortable with CRM software and reporting tools.
  • Willing to travel across Cairo and other regions as needed.
