Business Development Executive – Healthcare

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, strategic, and relationship-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth, strengthen partnerships, and enhance the organization’s market presence.

This role plays a key part in expanding referral networks, increasing patient acquisition, and positioning the center as a trusted healthcare provider.Key Responsibilities

🔹 Business Growth & Strategy

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the center’s reach and revenue streams
  • Design and execute business development strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient behavior to identify growth opportunities

🔹 Partnerships & Networking

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, optical shops, and other referral partners
  • Actively seek and secure new referral channels and strategic collaborations
  • Conduct regular visits and meetings to strengthen partnerships and increase referral volume

🔹 Public Relations & Brand Positioning

  • Represent the organization at events, exhibitions, and networking platforms
  • Enhance the center’s public image and visibility within the healthcare community
  • Support branding and awareness initiatives to position the center competitively

🔹 Marketing & Patient Acquisition

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns (digital & offline)
  • Contribute to lead generation, conversion strategies, and patient acquisition efforts
  • Support content, social media presence, and promotional activities

🔹 Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track and report business development performance, referrals, and growth metrics
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, partnerships, and opportunities
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or public relations (healthcare experience is a must)
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Target-driven mindset with a proactive and strategic approach
