Role Description This full-time, on-site Maintenance Engineer role at ميديكال سيتي – Medical City MC is based in kafrelsheikh. The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing medical and facility equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation. Daily tasks include performing scheduled preventive maintenance, responding to maintenance requests, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and documenting all work performed in maintenance logs and systems. The role also involves coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to minimize equipment downtime, supporting installation and commissioning of new equipment, and complying with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The Maintenance Engineer collaborates with other technical staff and vendors to optimize equipment performance and support continuous improvement of maintenance processes.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for medical and facility systems.

Candidates should possess practical experience in Maintenance Engineering and Preventive Maintenance to ensure reliability and safety.

Candidates should possess capabilities in Electrical Maintenance for diagnosing and resolving electrical faults in equipment and infrastructure.

Candidates should possess good technical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and technical drawings.

Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and accurate record-keeping of maintenance activities.

Candidates should possess effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with clinical staff, suppliers, and other engineers.

Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering or a related field, and experience in a healthcare or industrial environment, are highly beneficial.
