Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
– Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair a wide range of biomedical equipment in hospitals and medical centers.
– Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and performance of medical devices.
– Maintain accurate records of equipment service history and maintenance schedules.
– Support clinical staff by providing training and technical guidance on medical equipment usage.
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hospital policies.
– Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for spare parts, warranty issues, and technical support.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
– 3–5 years of proven experience in hospitals or medical centers handling various types of medical devices.
– Proven experience in hospitals or medical centers handling various types of medical devices.
– Strong knowledge of diagnostic, therapeutic, and life-support equipment.
– Familiarity with international standards and local regulatory requirements.
– Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
