Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Specialist role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Product Specialist will support the promotion and positioning of assigned pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and key stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product presentations and detailing visits, responding to customer inquiries, and providing accurate scientific and clinical information. The role will collaborate closely with the sales team to drive product uptake, collect market insights, and support the execution of marketing plans. The Product Specialist will also monitor competitor activities, analyze territory performance, and prepare regular reports to inform business decisions.

Qualifications
- Strong product specialist capabilities, including in-depth product knowledge and the ability to translate clinical data into clear value propositions.
- Proven analytical skills for interpreting sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to support territory planning and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with healthcare professionals and internal teams.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills to maintain long-term, trust-based partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
- Sales skills, including negotiation, opportunity identification, and the ability to achieve or exceed targets in a competitive market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or a related healthcare field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry, especially in a field-based or product specialist role, is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools, with good written and spoken English and Arabic.
