Job Description

Responsibilities

  • inspect the medical device and ensure the readiness for delivery,
  • install the medical device and make it ready for use,
  • perform corrective maintenance and do the required troubleshooting and calibration.,
  • perform periodic preventive maintenance as per the manufacturer’s checklist.
  • perform recall instructions,
  • maintain tools and test equipment,
  • execute service contracts,
  • ensure consistent of customer satisfaction,
  • sell and promote the services, consumable, accessories and spare parts,
  • perform the aspects of customer service through customer center,
  • Improve the quality of the work within the operations department,
  • provide required documents to complete the work according to the department SOPs,
  • provide hospital biomedical engineers training and safety instructions,
  • ensure the availability of spare part stock,
  • provide effective and appropriate customer support,
  • follow up with customers to ensure invoices acknowledgment,
  • assist other department requirements to achieving the company goals,
  • prepare reports related to the above tasks when needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Biomedical Engineering – Having a membership classification from the Saudi Council of Engineers

Experience

Biomedical Engineer minimum 2 experience
