This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a CDA Licensed Behavior Analyst, you will deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children in a therapeutic setting. Responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, creating individualized behavior intervention plans, implementing therapy sessions, and monitoring progress. You will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and provide parent training and education to support children’s developmental goals. Qualifications

• Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Experience in Parent Education and providing support to families
• Knowledge of Psychology and its application to pediatric therapy
• Proficiency in Behavior Management strategies and intervention techniques
• Current CDA licensure or eligibility in the United Arab Emirates is required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with children, families, and a multidisciplinary team
• Background in pediatric therapy or related fields is strongly preferred
• Ability to adapt therapeutic methods to meet individual needs and cultural sensitivities
