The Behavioral Technician is responsible for the provision of safe, effective, evidence-based and comprehensive
behavioral therapy services, through the delivery of Positive Behavior Support Plans and data collection.

practice and the development of additional specialist clinical skills.
- Support the assessment of individuals through behavioral observations, data collection, questionnaires, interviews, and progress tracking under the supervision of the Line Manager.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral intervention plans and therapeutic strategies to support individuals with behavioral and mental health needs.Collect, maintain, and submit accurate clinical data to evaluate patient progress and support treatment planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with patients, families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized, person-centered care and achieve rehabilitation goals.
- Monitor patient conditions, identify concerns or deterioration, and escalate issues appropriately to ensure safety and continuity of care.
- Document all clinical activities, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with organizational policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Promote patient rights, dignity, quality of life, and culturally sensitive care while maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, professional development, staff education, and organizational initiatives that enhance service quality and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in behavioral therapy, mental health, rehabilitation, or a related clinical setting.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from BACB or an internationally recognized equivalent, with valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based behavioral interventions, with the ability to apply current research into clinical practice and support patient outcomes.
- Excellent communication, teaching, and mentoring skills, with proficiency in computer applications and fluency in written and spoken English
