Hiring: Assistant Psychologist (Emirati/UAE National)

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Assistant Psychologist (Emirati/UAE National) to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed Psychologist, supporting psychological assessments, therapeutic interventions, patient care, and clinical documentation. This role is designated for UAE Nationals (Emirati) in line with the relevant licensing framework.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in psychological assessments, screenings, and psychometric testing.
Support individual and group therapy sessions under supervision.
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
Provide psychoeducation and emotional support to patients and families.
Assist in treatment planning, follow-up, and outcome monitoring.
Participate in research, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with psychologists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
UAE National (Emirati).
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from a recognized university.
Eligibility for Assistant Psychologist licensing as per applicable regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
