Job Description
- Deliver high-quality instruction in Neonatal nursing.
- Supervise clinical practice in Neonatal Units.
- Design and update course materials aligned with current clinical standards and academic requirements.
- Employ innovative and student-centered teaching methods, including the use of AI tools and e-learning platforms.
- Participate in curriculum development and review processes.
- Guide students during clinical placements.
- Ensure safe practice and integration of theory into clinical decision-making.
- Liaise with clinical partners to ensure optimal learning environments.
- Initiate or contribute to research projects in critical care nursing, patient safety, and care quality.
- Publish in peer-reviewed journals and present findings in conferences/seminars.
- Collaborate on interdisciplinary research and secure external research funding if applicable.
- Participate in departmental committees and university governance.
- Provide academic advising and mentoring to students.
- Contribute to accreditation, quality assurance, and community outreach activities.
Qualification and Experience Requirement:
- PhD or Doctorate in Neonatal Nursing.
- Master’s degree in Nursing(Neonatal Nursing specialization preferred).
- Proficiency in integrating technology into teaching (e.g., LMS, simulation, AI tools).
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to academic excellence, student development, and research engagement.
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching and clinical training.
- Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic preferred).
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
