Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ambulance Dispatcher located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Ambulance Dispatcher will be responsible for receiving emergency and non-emergency calls, dispatching appropriate medical units, and coordinating with emergency services personnel. The day-to-day tasks include monitoring the status and location of ambulances, maintaining contact with ambulance crews, providing real-time information to medical personnel, and ensuring efficient response times. The role also requires meticulous record-keeping and the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in Emergency Medical Dispatch and Dispatching
• Knowledge of Emergency Services
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work under high-pressure situations
• Proficiency in computer systems and dispatch software is a plus
• Previous experience in a healthcare or emergency service environment is beneficial
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
