Job Title: Aesthetic Care Agent (Remote)

Location: Remote – Based in Egypt

Role Overview

We are looking for an Aesthetic care Agent to join our remote call center team. The role focuses on handling patient inquiries, providing guidance about aesthetic treatments, and booking appointments with our clinics.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and handle patient inquiries from our call center (calls, WhatsApp, etc.).

• Provide basic consultation and information about aesthetic treatments and services.

• Book and manage patient appointments with clinic branches.

• Follow up with patients for confirmations and reminders.

• Maintain a professional and high-quality patient experience.

Requirements

• Doctor preferred, but candidates with a medical background in aesthetics or dermatology are welcome.

• Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments and machines is required.

• Fluent in Arabic and English.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work remotely and coordinate with the Dubai clinic team.
