Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dammam for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will support daily administrative operations while coordinating product supply and delivery with customers to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Science, or a related field (or equivalent) Saudi citizen only.
- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or medical organization is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
