Job Description

• The Clinical Innovation Division is dedicated to enhancing healthcare delivery through the development

and implementation of innovative clinical programs, and technologies.

• This division focuses on improving patient outcomes, optimizing care processes, and ensuring the

highest standards of quality and efficiency for insured members.

• The Clinical Quality department focuses on optimizing the value of healthcare services provided to members, ensuring that care is of high quality, safe, and cost-effective.
• Daman has a comprehensive medical quality program that evaluates clinical quality of healthcare

providers using claims data and reports key performance indicators (KPIs) related to clinical care,

member satisfaction, and outcomes.

• The department’s mandate is to support the ongoing maintenance of the program, update measures

in line with international standards, provide reporting to providers, and link performance to pay-for-

quality initiatives.
