As part of the M42 network, Amana is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to the needs of individuals requiring complex or extended recovery support.
The role is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of an effective tissue viability and wound care management service. The role involves implementing a contemporary, evidence-based model of care focused onthe prevention and management of skin and tissue injuries. The role will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of care and patient outcomes. This position requires a deep understanding of wound care principles, clinical expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement in patient care practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive, evidence-based wound care management plans.
- Lead staff training programs and coordinate multidisciplinary care efforts to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Establish and standardize clinical practices and protocols to maintain consistency in care delivery.
- Continuously evaluate and improve care practices through quality improvement initiatives and integration of new research findings.
- Efficiently manage resources and allocate them appropriately to enhance care quality and safety.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
- Current UAE license as a Registered Nurse or Specialist Nurse

- Previous involvement in Tissue Viability and Wound Care Management.
