🔍 Requirements:
• Experience in a rehabilitation or LTC facility (in physiotherapy, occupational therapy Department)
• Ability to support therapists during therapy sessions and patient activities
• Knowledge of patient safety practices and proper use of therapy equipment
• Ability to monitor and observe patients during exercises under therapist supervision
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and observation skills
• Ability to maintain treatment areas, therapy equipment, and inventory records
• Basic administrative and documentation skills
