Job Description

1.  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To maintain A/C log books.
   1. To clean the filters regularly and as required.
   2. To maintain AHUs, FCUs, deep freezers, split A/Cs, etc.
   3. To carry out routine / breakdown maintenance.
   4. To actively involve in evolving long term planning for improvement in the system.
   5. Change the filters yearly.
   6. Check the belts of the AHUs
   7. To do servicing of split A/Cs and AHUs
   8. To take stock of the items and inform the maintenance in charge to arrange for 
   9. To convey day to day problems/issues to the maintenance in charge
   10. To carry out necessary preventive maintenance on all A/C equipments.
   11. To perform any related job / work when assigned by the superior.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update A/C log books on a regular basis.
• Clean filters regularly and as required.
• Operate and maintain AHUs, FCUs, deep freezers, split A/C units, and related equipment.
• Carry out routine and breakdown maintenance of A/C systems.
• Participate actively in long-term planning and system improvement initiatives.
• Replace filters annually as per schedule.
• Inspect and maintain AHU belts to ensure proper functioning.
• Perform servicing of split A/C units and AHUs as per maintenance plans.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and materials; inform the maintenance in charge to arrange required materials.
• Report day-to-day operational issues and system faults to the maintenance in charge promptly.
• Carry out preventive maintenance activities on all A/C equipment to ensure efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Perform any other related duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in the same field.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of the Arabic language is an advantage but not essential.
