Job Description

  • Manage the recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and define job requirements and qualifications
  • Source and attract candidates using various recruitment methods, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Screen resumes and applications to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers on candidates
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage and maintain the recruitment database and candidate files
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment in Healthcare sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
