Job Description
- Manage the recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and define job requirements and qualifications
- Source and attract candidates using various recruitment methods, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and applications to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers on candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Manage and maintain the recruitment database and candidate files
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment in Healthcare sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
