Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for Innova Pharmacy. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and attracting candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes with hiring managers for pharmacy, corporate, and operational roles. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives, maintaining talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. The specialist will collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to understand workforce needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure timely and high-quality hiring. This position contributes directly to building a strong, values-driven team that aligns with Innova Pharmacy’s commitment to outstanding healthcare and customer service.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
- Candidates should possess solid Hiring and Interviewing skills, with the ability to assess competencies and cultural alignment effectively.
- Candidates should possess experience in Employer Branding, including promoting the organization’s value proposition and enhancing its presence in the talent market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in retail, healthcare, or pharmacy sector recruitment is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and common recruitment platforms, with good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial for local stakeholder and candidate engagement.
