Q Enrichment is a premium early intervention and rehabilitation center located in Dubai, providing speech and language therapy for infants, children, and adults with speech, language, and swallowing difficulties. Our individualized programs are tailored to meet each client’s specific needs, focusing on helping them reach their full potential and grow into independent and confident individuals. We prioritize the client’s and family’s best interests in designing therapy sessions, offering digital tools for families to be actively involved in the client’s progress.

Role Description

The role involves conducting speech therapy sessions, addressing dysphagia, communication disorders, and language disorders, monitoring client progress, and developing individualized therapy programs. While the role is based in Dubai, some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Experience in treating Dysphagia, Communication Disorders, and Language Disorders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Experience working with pediatric and adult populations
