Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage the health of infants, children, and adolescents
Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric conditions including respiratory infections, allergies, growth disorders, and chronic illnesses
Monitor developmental milestones and provide immunizations and preventive care
Educate parents and caregivers on nutrition, hygiene, safety, and disease prevention
Discuss diagnoses and treatment plans with families, offering guidance on medications, lifestyle adjustments, and follow-up care
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure continuity of care
Support children with complex or chronic conditions and coordinate with specialists as needed
Participate in clinical audits, research, and continuous medical education to enhance pediatric care standards
Ideal Candidate Profile
DHA-licensed or DHA-eligible Specialist Pediatrician
Fluent in Arabic
Proven ability to manage both acute and chronic pediatric conditions
Holds an established patient following or is confident in building one
Committed to delivering high-quality, family-centered care
Team-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced clinic setting
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
MBBS or MBChB or equivalent from an accredited institution
Completion of specialty qualification recognized by DHA, HAAD, or MOH UAE
Certification in Basic and Advanced Life Support
Fluency in English & Arabic is required
Minimum 5+ years of specialist-level experience
