Job Description Sheikh Khalifa Medical City Ajman is seeking a qualified and dedicated Specialist – Neurosurgery to join our multidisciplinary clinical team. This role offers an opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centred neurosurgical care within a well-established healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive neurosurgical evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients
• Perform neurosurgical procedures in line with clinical privileges and best practices
• Participate in emergency and on-call services as per departmental schedule
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with clinical governance standards
• Contribute to quality improvement, patient safety, and continuous professional development

Qualifications

• MBBS with specialization in Neurosurgery
• Valid Specialist certification (MOHAP / DHA / DOH or eligibility to obtain)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant post-specialization experience
• Strong clinical, decision-making, and communication skills
