We are currently seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Specialist Critical Care Medicine to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The successful candidate will play an important role in delivering high-quality care to critically ill patients, following international best practices and hospital guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients in the ICU
• Provide emergency and intensive care treatment and procedures.  
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. 
• Participate in clinical rounds, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives. 
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records. 
• Adhere to hospital policies, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements. 

Qualifications

• Medical Degree recognized by the relevant health authority. 
• Completion of specialty training in Critical Care Medicine. 
• Valid DHA/DOH/MOH license or eligibility. 
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a hospital ICU setting. 
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills. 
• UAE healthcare experience is an advantage. 
• Certifications such as ACLS, BLS, and ATLS preferred.
