Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Specialist/Consultant Psychiatrist, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Specialist/Consultant Psychiatrist will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with mental health disorders. Daily tasks include conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, providing psychotherapy, prescribing medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Additionally, the psychiatrist will be involved in patient education, stress management, and promoting mental wellness.

Qualifications

• Expertise in psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment
• Strong skills in psychotherapy and patient counseling
• Ability to prescribe psychiatric medications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• MD or equivalent in Psychiatry, with valid certification/licensure
• Experience in adult and/or child psychiatry (preferred)
• Fluency in English
