The Specialist will support with data analytics by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting healthcare data

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to both clinical and administrative teams.

Responsibilities

• Data Analytics: Gather, clean, validate, and analyze data; develop dashboards and reports; ensure data integrity and compliance; support quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work with healthcare providers, IT, and BI teams; present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Compliance & Confidentiality: Adhere to SEHA policies, regulatory requirements, and maintain confidentiality.
• Customer Service & Teamwork: Promote SEHA standards, collaborate effectively, and support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Health Information Management, or related field (or equivalent healthcare experience).
• Experience: 4–6 years in data analytics; healthcare experience preferred.
• Skills: Advanced MS Excel, proficiency in MS Office, strong analytical/problem-solving skills, multitasking, organizational skills.
• Desired: Knowledge of SQL, Power BI.
