Mubadala Health Dubai offers world-class treatments and advanced technology, facilitated by a clinical team of experts with extensive knowledge and experience. Our facility provides day surgery, outpatient consultations, and comprehensive diagnostic services for over 30 clinical specialties, including a satellite clinic for Imperial College London Diabetes Centre, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi and Moorfield Eye Hospital.

Job Overview:

The role is responsible for performing diagnostic medical ultrasound examinations using high-frequency sound waves, the Sonographer produces real-time imagies of patients’ internal organs, tissues, and blood flow to assist physicians in diagnosing and monitoring a wide range of medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate ultrasound equipment to perform a variety of scans including abdominal, pelvic, obstetric, vascular, and musculoskeletal studies.
• Capture high-quality diagnostic images and recognize normal and abnormal anatomy/pathology.
• Collaborate with radiologists and referring physicians by presenting preliminary findings and supporting accurate diagnoses.
• Maintain accurate records and input data into picture archiving and communication system (PACS) and hospital information systems
• Adhere to protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a sterile scanning environment.
• Monitor patient condition during procedures and respond appropriately to any adverse reactions.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiography Technology with an active Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience acute care setting, preferably in Endoscopy
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills, with a focus on continuous professional development.
