Role Description This full-time on-site role is located in Taif and is for a Senior Registered Obstetrics and Gynecology professional. The role involves providing comprehensive antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care, as well as gynecological assessments, procedures, and follow-up consultations. Daily responsibilities include examining patients, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, and documenting clinical findings in accordance with regulatory and clinic policies. The senior professional will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure safe, effective care, and will participate in case discussions, quality improvement initiatives, and patient education. The role also includes mentoring junior staff, adhering to infection control protocols, responding to emergencies, and contributing to on-call coverage as needed.

Qualifications

•Expertise in Aesthetic Gynecology

  • Candidates should possess strong clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecology, including antenatal care, labor and delivery management, gynecologic examinations, and basic procedures.
  • Candidates should have solid diagnostic and decision-making abilities, including competency in interpreting lab results, imaging, and other investigations, and in developing evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Candidates should demonstrate excellent patient communication and counseling skills, with the ability to explain conditions, treatment options, and preventive care in a clear, empathetic manner.
  • Candidates should have effective teamwork and collaboration skills, including the ability to work closely with multidisciplinary staff and to mentor and guide junior clinicians.
  • Candidates should show strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail in medical records, adherence to clinical protocols, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Relevant professional registration and licensing in obstetrics and gynecology, meeting Saudi Arabian regulatory standards, is required.
  • Several years of post-registration experience in obstetrics and gynecology, including exposure to both inpatient and outpatient settings, is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage for patient interaction and teamwork.
  • Experience with electronic medical record systems and familiarity with current clinical guidelines and quality improvement practices are preferred.
