We’re Hiring: Registered Nurse
Full-Time • JLT Clinic • Dubai, UAE
Medspace Medical Centre is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our JLT clinic team. This role suits a clinically strong, DHA-licensed nurse ready to take on a senior, patient-facing position with supervisory responsibilities within a multidisciplinary outpatient setting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver direct patient care across outpatient consultations, procedures, and treatment rooms
Assist physicians during examinations, minor procedures, and diagnostic tests specially related to gynaecology and general practice.
Manage patient triage, vitals, and pre/post-procedure care
Ensure compliance with DHA clinical protocols, infection control, and documentation standards
Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with the clinic manager on staffing and workflow
Support inventory management of medical supplies and equipment
REQUIREMENTS
- Active DHA (Dubai Health Authority) Registered Nurse license, or eligible for DHA eligibility letter
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing diploma
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification nursing experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or charge nurse capacity
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- UAE outpatient/clinic experience strongly preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Russian is a plus
